- How long did the marriage last?
- Did the marriage end due to one spouse's marital misconduct?
- What is the age and health of each spouse?
- What is the occupation and income of each spouse?
- If either spouse is unemployed, what are the work skills and employability of the unemployed spouse?
- What are the assets and the sources of the assets of the parties?
- How will the marital assets be divided? Equally or unequally?
- If one parent has total physical custody of the children, is it realistic for that parent to work outside the home?
